Slow cooked boneless beef rib, star anise & soy. Topped with crunchy pork scratchings, crispy fried shallots and green onions.

Twisted Pork Adobo

Tender pork belly, in soy & lemon sauce with basil and Asian spices.

Twisted Chicken Aasado

Tender chicken, in orange sauce, thyme, garlic and rose.
All served with choice of Jasmine rice or Noodles.
