These guys have been inspired by East End salt beef. They’re using traditional salting methods and carefully sourced beef, perfecting the perfect products; from the traditional salt beef beigel, covered in English mustard and sweet pickles to their signature salt beef short rib, cured for 10 days and cooked sous-vide, finished on the barbecue, with honey & mustard glaze and chimichurri. Served over fries.
